In the picture shown above, Jesus Martinez is operating a striping machine to mark the pavement for our freshly seal coated lot. Striping is also known as concrete/asphalt marking. We use a machine to apply four inch lines throughout the parking lot, we can also do any type of custom stenciling you may have. Handicaps are always included with striping, along with crosswalks, and stop bars. We are flexible on what we can mark and are very clean and professional.
In the two pictures above, are examples of infrared patching. We deal with maintaining parking lot headaches such as pot holes like the ones above. Infrared Patching is usually known for fixing potholes or areas that are majorly cracked or damaged. Can also be used to fix drainage, void areas, and be used to adjust sub grade.
R&R patching is known as Remove & Replace Patching, this type of patching is required when an area of asphalt has reached its full life potential. This method requires a saw for the given area to be cut, then taken out either by using a jack hammer with an air compressor or bobcat. This method can be extremely costly, however very effective. Once cut, asphalt is removed to sub grade, usually anywhere from four to eight inches. Once removed, the area is then cleaned and new asphalt is reapplied. Typically done in layers to provide great compaction.
